Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.We are seeking a skilled Spain professional to partner with our global Human Resources team in our newly established and growing Madrid hub on a 12-month basis – with a strong outlook of extending the working agreement.In this role, you will support the Global HR team by ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our current HRIS system (SAP SuccessFactors) as we transition to a new global HRIS system. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong IT background, applied to the domain of HR, as it emphasizes system integrations, customizations, configurations, and technical support.If you are motivated to contribute directly to the success of our global HR operations and join a vibrant and international environment, with global scope – we want to hear from you!Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Technical Support & Maintenance: Provide day-to-day technical and administrative support for our HRIS system, ensuring its continuous functionality during the transition to a new global HRIS system
  • System Configurations & Customizations: Collaborate with the Global HR team to configure and customize the system to meet the specific needs of Performance Management, Recruiting, Salary Reviews, and Bonus Calculations, ensuring these processes are efficiently executed.
  • Integration & Troubleshooting: Assist in system integrations and troubleshooting, resolving technical issues and service tickets to ensure a seamless user experience across HR operations.
  • User Access & Compliance: Manage user access, configure system settings, and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy standards.
  • System Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations for improvement, including “quick fixes” for immediate concerns.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Partner with HR and IT teams to document current processes, workflows, and configurations to ensure effective knowledge transfer and smooth transition during the system upgrade.
  • Collaboration with HR & IT Teams: Work closely with both HR and IT teams to ensure all technical requirements and integrations align with organizational goals and compliance standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related field – background, professional or additional qualifications, in HR is a plus.
  • Proven ability to handle, clean, and manage large datasets while ensuring accuracy and compliance with global standards.
  • Skilled in SAP SuccessFactors, with technical expertise in modules such as compensation, recruiting, and performance management.
  • Awareness of data protection regulations and the ability to maintain compliance in system operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, especially MS Excel; familiarity with coding (e.g., SQL, HTML, VBA, XML) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem solving skills; able to adapt quickly to new systems, whilst supporting ongoing technical needs; strong team player and willing to collaborate effectively.
  • Fluency in English.
