Uniphar is growing!We are looking for a new member that will come join us as an SAP Warehouse Management Analyst, this role will see you work in collaboration and continuous partnership with all relevant stakeholders to help support, innovate and transform the way in which Uniphar uses SAP warehouse systems.This is a Hybrid role based out of our new Greenogue office- might involve travel to our various facilities depending on projects and requirements.Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Represent / deliver SAP EWM expertise in any of the Uniphar Group technology initiatives / projects, e.g. S/4HANA implementation.
- Actively participate in Workshops.
- Support and optimize the business in its daily operations
- Responsible for the functional design, implementation, maintain and optimizing the software
- Gathering business information and translating requirements/processes into IT solutions and functional design
- Develop, test, document, deliver and optimize SAP applications
- Provide functional or technical support for users of the application by monitoring the use of the application and help users to do their work in the most optimal way
- Demonstrate, provide training, and guide testing activities and transfer to community
- Liaise with other Application Specialists in case of cross application processes
- Liaise with software vendors / third party specialists / third party support, technical specialists, application support and business key users
- Definition of / the review of Requirements and WRICEFs.
- Create / contribute to / review of the Functional and Technical Design documents.
- Contribute to / review of Configuration Rationale documents.
- Participate in / Delivery of / Validation of sprint demos.
- Identification of / support the definition of end-to-end test scenarios.
- Participate in System integration testing.
- Participate in / support delivery of Functional acceptance testing.
- Support Data Migration activities as it pertains to SAP EWM deliverables.
- There may be an aspect of foreign travel associated with the role

Qualification, experience & skills required
- Degree in Business administration, computer science or equivalent
- SAP WM – EWM knowledge and experience is a must.
- Knowledge of warehousing specific business processes
- Experience with automated warehouses and WCS solutions a plus
- Understanding business processes and translation into IT architecture
- Knowledge or interest in Agile- and scrum-development methods as well as project management.
- Experience with and comfort working in a multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage
- Prior hands-on experience with S/4HANA is an advantage
- Strong English skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
