- Qualified and Registered: You must hold a relevant social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
- Experienced in SEN: Extensive experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs, is essential.
- A Skilled Communicator: You excel at building strong relationships with children, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and Empathetic: You are driven to create positive change and passionate about supporting children to thrive.
