We are currently looking for 5 x Seasonal Project Officers in various locations across project
area. See below for details.
The Scottish Invasive Species Initiative is a multi-year project in northern Scotland, which
aims to encourage communities to tackle invasive non-native species such as Japanese knotweed,
giant hogweed and American mink. It is currently funded by the Scottish Government’s Nature
Restoration Fund.
- Seasonal Project Officer (Dee)
- Seasonal Project Officer (Dee and flexible locations)
- Seasonal Project Officer (Esks and Tay)
- Seasonal Project Officer (Findhorn, Nairn and Lossie)
- Seasonal Project Officer (Spey)
The Seasonal Project Officers will be responsible for all or specified combinations of the following aspects of the
project: communications, education and outreach, volunteer recruitment and management, biosecurity and invasive species control.
