The position
We are seeking a Scouting Professional to join our team in Technology Innovation within Injectable Finished Products (IFP) – Manufacturing Development (ManDev) in Product Supply. By becoming part of the Novo Nordisk, you will contribute to creating future, innovative opportunities for our pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Your responsibilities will include: 

-Searching for technologies within targeted areas

-Evaluating potential opportunities and managing contracts with external parties

-Cooperating with highly skilled colleagues within Manufacturing, Science & Technologies (MSAT) in Manufacturing Development 

To the external parties, you will be an ambassador for Novo Nordisk and build strong relationships. Moreover, in this role you can expect traveling up to approx. 20% per year to new or existing external suppliers / conferences / etc.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate has previous experience with innovation projects in manufacturing and collaboration with external networks. To succeed in this role, you need to have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing in combination with a business-driven mindset from a commercial background.

To succeed in this role you have:

-MSc Degree in Engineering, Commercial studies, Scientific field with specialization in process development or similar

-At least 3 years of experience collaborating with external suppliers preferably on innovation projects

-Experience in aseptic production and filling process as well as commercial experience from a business development role is considered an advantage

-Ability to navigate within a changing organization

-Professional proficiency in English

On a personal level, you have a high drive, energy, and the ability to maneuver with a wide range of stakeholders. You excel in problem-solving and communication while maintaining objectivity and respect for differences. 

About the department
In Technology Innovation we are responsible to develop state-of-the art solutions for processes within Aseptic Production (AP). This means that we aim newest technology to create innovative, scalable, and robust solutions within various areas of the filling process. We are a team of program and project managers, and part of the area of Technology Innovation, which we share with teams of innovation engineers.
