• Daily operational management of distributed development teams
• Supervise projects/products and ensure timely roadmap deliveries
• Ensure the effectiveness of delivery processes, including the proper utilization of methodologies and tools
• Facilitate regular SCRUM activities with Development Teams such as stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and resolving bottlenecks to streamline development and deliverables
• Collaborate with Product Management/Product Owners on initial planning activities
• Assist the team in estimating product backlog items and long-term business initiatives
• Identify Risks, Issues, and dependencies, propose mitigations, and communicate them to Development teams
• Help to coordinate release rollout activities between Marketing, Sales, and R&D departments
• Provide comprehensive delivery visibility through reporting and status meetings with Auditdata leadership and stakeholders
• Identify areas for improvement in the product development lifecycle and make recommendations
• Promote best practices and collaborate with the development team to implement process changes

What you will bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working as a Scrum Master / Project Manager or equivalent for remote, globally distributed teams
• Strong understanding of and practical experience in project management, Agile principles, and Scrum
• Familiarity with the next frameworks: SAFe, LeSS, Nexus
• Demonstrated experience in engaging and influencing cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of successfully leading project transformations into an Agile mindset
• MsC, BsC in related field

• Fluent spoken and written English
• Certified SCRUM professional and Agile Coach
• Driver for the innovative approaches and practices
• Strong problem-solver, detailed-focused and fast-learner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
