Notre client The endowment fund was created in 2023 by Cédric Ringenbach, who chairs it. Its purpose is to “conduct and support financially or in kind all missions of general interest of a social, philanthropic, educational, scientific or humanitarian nature”.Climate Fresk Endowment Fund (FdD) (official name: Climate Fresk Endowment Fund) is a structure that hosts the intellectual property of the Climate Fresk.The mission of the endowment fund is to:
– manage the intellectual property of the Climate Fresk (register trademarks, monitor registrations, act against any counterfeiting, register domain names)
– participate in the completion of tripartite contracts between the association la Fresque du Climat, a national structure, and the Endowment Fund
– ensure proper compliance with the governance defined with the association la Fresque du Climat and the founding principles of the project
– ensure the proper execution by the association of the development plan in France and internationally and the establishment of a federation to coordinate all national entities throughout the world
– seek funding for the Climate Fresk project or for other actions of general interest in the fight against global warmingDéfinition de posteThe endowment fund is opening the role of a general secretary.Reporting to Cédric Ringenbach, and in conjunction with the Board of Directors, your main missions are to ensure:

• Administrative and financial management of the endowment fund in conjunction with an external accounting firm and including tax receipts
• Administrative management of intellectual property, trademark filing and monitoring
• Negotiation of contracts relating to Intellectual Property
• Participation in the strategic committee of the Climate Fresk
• The implementation of internal and external communication with the creation and management of a website dedicated to the FdD
• Preparation of statutory meetings (office meetings and Boards) and associated documents
• Fund raising and monitoring of funding
• Analysis of grant applications
• Preserving the general interest nature of the FdD

Profile soughtA generalist with a cross-functional role, you have a financial background (management), communication skills (written and oral) and knowledge of intellectual property issues.

• A good knowledge of the Climate Fresk ecosystem
• Experience in a similar position and/or in a non-profit structure with a strong international dimension.
• Experience in intellectual property management in its legal dimension would be a plus
• Experience in seeking funding in an associative framework would be appreciated
• Fluent English and French
• You demonstrate strong values and a sense of commitment that enable you to serve the general interest, particularly in the context of the ecological, social and environmental transition.

• Have legal skills (in the sense that you are comfortable proofreading and editing contracts)
• Have budgetary and accounting skills
• Experience in fundraising, management of calls for projects
