Job description

  • Provide technical and administrative support to the technical fleet team.
  • Maintain filing systems in compliance with SMS regulations.
  • Keep VM inspection records updated, including ARA region port calls.
  • Compile and present fleet-wide email data for Fleet Managers.
  • Manage personal document records for Vessel Managers and Fleet Managers (e.g., passports, IDs, visas), ensuring timely renewals (subject to GDPR compliance).
  • Assist Vessel Managers with documentation, reports, and filing.
  • Handle office documentation and ship mail.
  • Prepare expense claims in the company’s internal system.
  • Coordinate travel bookings and visa applications for Vessel Managers and Fleet Managers.

  • A highly organized and responsible individual with a strong attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in the shipping industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
