Job description
- Provide technical and administrative support to the technical fleet team.
- Maintain filing systems in compliance with SMS regulations.
- Keep VM inspection records updated, including ARA region port calls.
- Compile and present fleet-wide email data for Fleet Managers.
- Manage personal document records for Vessel Managers and Fleet Managers (e.g., passports, IDs, visas), ensuring timely renewals (subject to GDPR compliance).
- Assist Vessel Managers with documentation, reports, and filing.
- Handle office documentation and ship mail.
- Prepare expense claims in the company’s internal system.
- Coordinate travel bookings and visa applications for Vessel Managers and Fleet Managers.

- A highly organized and responsible individual with a strong attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in the shipping industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English.
