They are actively seeking a qualified candidate for the crucial role of Securities Settlement Analyst.Our partner, as a global leader in transaction services, they offer a comprehensive range of solutions and capabilities. Their team is responsible for the prompt and flawless settlement of local and cross-border securities transactions, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.Perform settlement of securities transactions and related requests using our proprietary systems.
Support in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the settlement process.
Maintain effective communication with local and international counterparties to ensure successful transaction settlement.
Collaborate within the department and with external groups to resolve client requests and problems, striving for exceptional customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
Proactively identify and propose opportunities for enhanced work efficiency.
Participate in system and product enhancements or new workflow developments.
Contribute to training and guiding new team members.
Provide support and coverage within the team or department as needed.Elvárások / Requirements0-1 year of relevant experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance
Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian
Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Advantages:Knowledge of securities settlement (Custodians, brokerages)
Prior experience with banking systems
