The divisionYou will join the Group Security division, defining the security standards to be applied by AXA entities, overseeing the overall security posture across the Group and providing centralized services to support entities (Crisis Management, Security Operations Centre, etc.).Throughout AXA Group, the security community represents composed of 1000 security professionals, working daily to protect our customers, operations, brand and people. To achieve this, we have gathered our three security disciplines : Information Security, Physical Security and Operational Resilience.Our main missions:· Monitor the Security Threat Landscape· Define and oversee Security Standards and Strategy implementation across the Group· Drive local security objectives with C-Level executive (COO, CIO, CTO, CFO…) of AXA entities· Ensure the security of Group Operations as an entity· Provide centralized security services and products to AXA entitiesAXA Group Security is divided in 4 main blocks:· Corporate functions (Group Mandate): Security Advisory and Standards, Security Governance, Security Risk & Assurance, Security Strategy and Awareness· CyberDefense (Group security services and products provider)· Group Operations Security (Security of the hosting entity)· Corporate Chief Security Officers (Oversight of entities’ security): Corporate Centre, European Markets, International MarketsThe department / teamThe office of the Corporate Chief Security Officer (CCSO) Europe & Health covers AXA entities both 8 countries (UK, Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Spain) in Europe and the Global Health business line. It is responsible to ensure that all the entities within the region keep AXA safe, secure and resilient.Job purposeAs Security Officer Europe & Health, your main objective is to align the local security operations of the AXA entities under your responsibility with Group standards, to optimize and improve security at both local and regional level, and to represent these entities in Group security working groups and programs.Main missionsYour responsibilities include:· Effectively communicate the group vision and goals and the benefits in achieving the same· Ensure the local security operating models and policies are aligned with the group standards in Information Security, Operational Resilience, Physical Security and Health & safety· Ensure implementation of the shared services within the local entities· Identify risks where group security requirements cannot be fully addressed due to local context, and propose potential solutions· Look for opportunities where security can be optimized and enhanced at the local level or at the regional level· Be the voice of the entities in the group security workgroups and programs· Animate communities of Subject Matter Experts and security governance committeesQualificationsExpected skills & experienceWe are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:ExperienceMaster’s degree in information security or in ITMore than 10 years of experience in security (IT security, risk management or operational resilience)Experience in an international and multi-cultural environment is an advantage.Technical skillsGood knowledgeable in security risk & controls frameworksKnowledge in security technologies (EDR, email security, Cloud security, IAM, …)Knowledge in Assurance business is an advantage but is not mandatorySoft skills / transversal skillsProfile· Fluent in English. Outstanding oral and written communication skills with proven ability to develop and present concise information· Strong multi-cultural understanding· Experience with interacting with Directors and all levels of management· Team player and able to collaborate, influence and guide othersStrategic Thinking· Maintains a wider perspective, aligns actions and contributes to the enhancement of the overall organizational strategy, including outputs from benchmarking activities and reviews· Understands and articulates the projected direction of the organization and how changes to it might impact the group· Is aware of trends in the external environment and key differentiators vis-à-vis competition and uses this information to anticipate how these changes would impact the organizationCommunication competencies· Ability to communicate appropriately with all levels of the organization including senior executives and technical experts· Ability to identify the right communication vehicle tailored to the subject matter and the audience· Proven ability to present material to large audiences via conference calls using both speaking and listening skills to manage messages· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Transversal skills· Strong analytical skills: analyze and critically evaluate information as well as formulate plans based on multiple sources of information· Collaborative mind: ability to build collaborative relationships with both local contacts and group program/project stakeholders· Adaptability: ability to recommends solutions relevant to the complexity, scope, risk and magnitude of situations· Problem solving: be able to solve complex problems with innovative solutions across small and large organizations· Influence: facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills to achieve results both a group level and at entity level· Project management: ability to manage action plans, review progress and make adjustments where required· Interpersonal skills: assertiveness, empathy, listening oriented, oral communication, persuasive skills
