We are looking for a passionate and dedicated professional to provide SEN support and assist students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). If you have a strong desire to help students grow both academically and emotionally, this is the perfect opportunity for you.This is a full-time, long-term position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and rewarding educational environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide SEN support to students in a secondary school setting.Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons for students with special educational needs.Support classroom management and positive behavior reinforcement.Offer emotional and academic support tailored to individual student needs.Assist in creating and preparing learning materials and resources.Collaborate with staff to track and improve student progress and well-being.Qualifications & Requirements:Eligibility to work in the UK (e.g., Passport, Birth Certificate).Enhanced Child Only DBS Certificate (We’ll assist you in obtaining this).Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC registration is required in Wales).Previous experience working with children or in a teaching assistant role is desirable, but not essential.
