Responsibilities:

* Provide personalised assistance to students with SEN, tailoring your approach to meet their individual learning needs.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) for precise and effective support.
* Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to cultivate an inclusive and empowering learning environment.
* Assist in overall classroom management, actively fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere.
* Establish open and effective communication channels with parents, teachers, and external professionals for comprehensive student support.
* Work alongside the SENCO to ensure seamless coordination and implementation of SEN strategies.
* Regularly assess the academic and social development of students with SEN.
* Collaborate in adapting teaching materials and resources to cater to diverse learning needs.
