About the role
In the Senior Account Manager position, you’ll manage the execution of social media marketing campaigns and ad-hoc projects for one of Media.Monks landmark and most-famed clients. The Senior Account Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to help define our processes and work to deliver high-quality entertainment marketing campaigns for films and TV-series through well-managed, on-time and on-budget creative projects. Our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities, with a natural aptitude for collaboration, problem-solving and relationship-building. You are a digital-native with solid social media experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily management of clients, cross-functional teams and assigned projects (social media platforms, series and film marketing campaigns) by supervising the operational implementation of action plans
- Leading pitch and brief responses: managing internal and partner briefings, strategic recommendations, creative proposals, budgets, timeline planning, writing decks and presenting to clients, overseeing the data team on high-volume reporting. Ensuring quality and accuracy of our services and output.
- Be the main client point-of-contact, building a reliable and strong relationship with them, advising and supporting them with their internal processes and stakeholder management
- Be fully immersed in the entertainment sector, developing recommendations and commercial proposals, in collaboration with the strategic, creative and production teams.
- Providing proactive proposals to clients, striving to add value for our clients and achieve new business opportunities for the agency
- Responsible for achieving the gross margin objectives set by client or by the agency (figures communicated by the agency management).
- Ensuring the profitability of our projects.
- Retaining our clients and ensuring business development
- Preparing quotes and ensuring proper billing and financial follow-up.
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in a project management role, working closely with cross-functional teams (i.e. creatives, art directors, producers, strategic planners, etc) and clients
- Experience in social media and understanding of performance metrics
- Project timeline development and management skills
- Ability to manage clients and multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills and comfortable in fast-paced environment, navigating uncertainty and prioritizing when needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French. Very good English (both written and verbal)
- Social-agency experience is a plus
