It is our task to provide outstanding financial management, enabled by the most efficient processes and the most robust financial systems.About the roleAs Senior Accountant you will participate in accounting month end and year end activities. Ensure accuracy of finance information according to US GAAP and Spanish GAAP. Comply demanding deadlines.Main responsibilities will include:
- Review monthly Balance sheet and prepare quarterly BS accounts reconciliations.
- Accruals and prepayment calculation and posting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to Corporate.
- Prepare annual statutory accounts.
- Fulfil and submit tax forms (VAT + Intrastat + Income taxes).
- Coordinate external auditors.
- Prepare intercompany transaction details on an annual basis.
- Reply to specific requests from local tax authorities.
- Active coordination with shared service centers.
- Active participation to implement finance projects in Iberia region (LEI, ERPS, etc…).
- Active participation in planning process.
About you
- University degree in Business Administration.
- 3–5-year experience in similar position in a multinational company or Big Four.
- Proficient in English.
- Knowledge in BPC and SAP or Sage and Navision is a plus.
- Microsoft office, especially Excel, Microsoft 365, Outlook.
- Proactive and action oriented.
- Communication skills.
- Team worker.
- Flexible and responsible.
