Services – amongst many others – include Resourcing, On-boarding, Off-boarding Compensation & Reward administration and Payroll.About the roleThe person in this role will be dedicated to customer service and resolving queries with a high degree of quality and accuracy. They will also demonstrate good judgement to interpret the customers’ need and appropriate response. They receive and process requests (including document generation) and enquiries using the technology and documentation provided. The HR Operations Specialist will have specialist knowledge and will manage cases end to end to resolution.
