You’ll work closely with business units to understand needs, translate requirements into technical specifications, and develop scalable analytical solutions to enhance operational efficiency and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements to develop data models and dashboards
- Design and implement data visualizations and reports using Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven insights
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for solutions
- Optimize reporting performance and implement best practices
- Create prototypes and proof of concepts to demonstrate functionality
- Ensure iterative design processes are followed, providing regular feedback
- Interpret and communicate the story behind the data
- Engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the BI community
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Power BI expertise, including lead BI development projects
- Advanced experience with MS Power Suite, Power Automate, and Power Query
- Understanding of SQL, DAX, and M
- Strong Excel skills and experience in data management
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Drive to learn new techniques and tools
Preferred:
- Domain experience in sustainability, real estate, project management, or finance
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Python knowledge
