Team/Role Overview:The Senior Auditor is an intermediate level role responsible for performing moderately complex audits and assessments of Citi’s risk and control environments in coordination with the Audit team. The overall objective is to utilize in-depth subject matter expertise to contribute to the development of new techniques / processes for the area or function and help Citi reach business goals.Responsibilities:Perform moderately complex audits including drafting audit reports, presenting issues to the business, and discussing practical solutionsDraft audit reports and present issues to the business while discussing practical cross-functional solutionsComplete assigned audits within budgeted timeframes, and budgeted costsMonitor, assess, and recommend solutions to emerging risksDevelop and maintain Computer Assisted Audit Tools and Techniques (CAATTs) using SQL based analytical tools (e.g. Python, SAS, SSMS, etc.)Perform independent testing of business data extractions and segmentations for completeness, accuracy, and applicability to internal audit testing and regulatory requirements across multiple platformsSupport Risk Based Audits and Issue Validation through independent testing of data sets across multiple platforms, including Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, and other databasesLeverage data science (statistics, NLP, ML, AI) to conduct broad and deep testing to identify data quality concerns, or potential weaknesses in data governanceContribute to the development of audit processes improvements, including the development of automated routinesApply internal audit standards, policies, and regulations to provide timely audit assurance and influence audit scopeDevelop effective line management relationships to ensure strong understanding of the businessHas the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding CitigroupSkills and Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience in data analytics/data science; 3-4 years of which would be in Python coding, AI/ML model development, and deploymentProficiency in developing ML use cases using IBM SaaS/Watson or comparable cloud solutionsDemonstrable expertise in generative AI models, including prompt engineering, performance optimization, and understanding of model limitationsExperience with advanced analytics, AI, ML, NLP, NLU, and LLM capabilitiesExperience with API integration and testingEffective verbal and written communication and negotiation skillsSubject matter expertise regarding audit technology’s applicationEffective project management skillsEffective influencing and relationship management skillsDemonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environmentEducation:Bachelor’s/University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline; Master’s degree is preferredCISA, PMP, Agile/Scrum, Cloud Computing, or related certifications are a plusBenefits:By joining Citi Solutions Center Poland, you will not only be part of a business casual workplace with a hybrid working model (up to 2 days working at home per week), but also receive a competitive base salary (which is annually reviewed) and enjoy a whole host of additional benefits such as:Private Medical Care ProgramLife Insurance ProgramPension Plan contribution (PPE Program)Employee Assistance ProgramPaid Parental Leave Program (maternity and paternity leave)Sport CardHolidays AllowanceSport and team recreation activitiesSpecial offers and discounts for employeesAccess to an array of learning and development resourcesA discretional annual performance related bonusA chance to make a difference with various affinity networks and charity initiativesSounds like Citi has everything you need?
