In this pivotal role, you will drive process automation, enhance customer experiences, and optimise business processes across our global divisions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders from Group and Divisional functions, including Customer Experience (CX), Marketing, Sales, and Aftermarket, to define and implement innovative solutions that support the continuous evolution of our enterprise systems.This is a permanent position, offering a flexible hybrid working model (typically 3 days in the office – 2 days from home).Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
QualificationsEssential Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with significant expertise in SAP systems (SAP C4C, SAP ECC, SAP SD) and CX implementations. Transformation/CX experience is essential for this role.Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with both business and technical teams.
