Our Inventory team at Kiwi.com is responsible for ensuring that our users find the search results they are looking for, at the right price by acquiring comprehensive, accurate, and competitive flight content. Our Inventory analytics and experimentation team focuses on delivering insights and identifying new opportunities for improvement through leveraging market, trading and internal performance data. \nWhat you will do

  • You will take the lead in identifying and addressing missed opportunities and bringing together the right people to create lasting, effective solutions.
  • By diving into key performance indicators (KPIs), you will uncover insights that help shape smart business decisions, balancing performance, cost, and revenue growth.
  • You will design intuitive and visually engaging self-service dashboards, making complex data easily accessible for stakeholders.
  • Your expertise will bring business cases to life, helping to assess the impact of product innovations and partnerships through clear ROI calculations.
  • You will champion efficiency by streamlining and automating data processes, ensuring your team can focus on what truly matters.
  • Through your work, you will collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, Data Platform, Data Modelling, and Business Development teams.

What you will need

  • Your previous significant experience in a business analytics role, with experience turning data into impactful business decisions.
  • Your demonstrated ability to work with large datasets-spotting patterns, solving complex challenges, and uncovering the why behind the numbers and root causes by understanding business and product dynamics.
  • A knack for data visualization, using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Qlik to bring insights to life in a clear and engaging way.
  • Your hands-on experience with SQL and Google tools, making data work for you and your team.
  • Your excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for a variety of audiences.
  • Previous experience in the aviation or travel industry is a plus, but if you’re eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!
