Senior Business Analyst for Group Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Are you motivated by becoming part of a team that drives and sets new standards for performance management and financial forecasting? The Group Financial Planning and Analysis team needs a talented individual who is experienced in financial forecasting and decision analysis and can provide insights to a global organization.Financial Planning & Analysis is a team within the Group CFO area of FLSmidth. The team is responsible for driving performance management, budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, management reporting and business partnering to Group functions.Your responsibilitiesSupport the Group CFO area by conducting advanced financial analysis and modellingDrive and structure the forecast and budget processDevelop and maintain long term financial model for decision and strategy supportDeliver analysis to support M&A transactions and valuationDevelop tools for data management, analysis, and reporting/dashboardsFacilitate and promote standardization in processes and help improve data qualityProvide ad-hoc financial analysis to management and other stakeholdersAssist in management reporting and in developing and maintaining reporting templatesLiaise and build relationships with relevant stakeholders globallyWhat you bring
A positive attitude and a relevant university degree within economics, finance or similar, and at least 6 years of relevant experience preferably from a multinational corporate, a consultancy, or an investment bank. You have solid experience with financial modelling and analysis and possess the capability to present complex financial information in a crisp and clear manner to decision-makers at all levels of the organisation. You are structured and thrive when facilitating change and process improvement.
