Reporting directly to the BeLux Country Director, you will be a key member of the leadership team, helping drive strategic decisions, optimize business performance, and provide insightful data analysis. You will also manage one junior data analyst, ensuring high-quality reporting and analytics.Location: Brussels office 3 days and two days working from home.Reporting to: Director Country Management Belgium & LuxemburgThese are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Provide in-depth market analysis on trends, competition, customer insights, and operational performance in Belgium.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations to enhance business processes and profitability.
- Work closely with the BeLux leadership team to support strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track and improve performance.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects focused on process improvement and market expansion.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless integration of local data analysis with company-wide strategies.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to align on business goals and data-driven recommendations.
What will you bring to the table?
- Strong communication skills in English (French or Dutch is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn it into strategic insights.
- Proficiency in BI tools and languages such as Tableau, SQL (Amazon Redshift, Google Big Query), and Python.
- A track record of driving innovation and market growth through data-driven strategies.
- Ability to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders while optimizing work processes.
- Experience collaborating with leadership teams and providing clear, data-backed recommendations.
