- participating in the definition of the product vision;
- building and managing strong client relationships, communicating with stakeholders;
- anticipating and understanding banking business needs so as to satisfy them more effectively;
- acting as a primary point of liaison;
- maximising the value of the products created by the scrum team;
- monitoring banking business trends;
- articulate the problem space and business context to the scrum team, supporting them in developing possible solutions;
- providing support for the scrum team during design and estimation;
- prioritising needs;
- building, editing and maintaining the product backlog, promoting the application of agile methodologies (scrum/kanban).
,Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in risk management (banking);
- or 5+ years of consulting experience;
- IT Product Owner experience is a plus;
- professional working proficiency in English and fluent Hungarian;
- strong focus on the product, a sense of ownership;
- strong co-ordination skills;
- good communication and presentation skills;
- analytical thinking, attention to detail;
- enthusiastic about Agile;
- curious about technology.
