Join Team Purple. Join IFS.Job DescriptionThe Senior Consultant within Success Delivery will work with IFS’s product and business solutions towards customers and partners. They possess domain expertise and thorough industry exposure of the relevant product area(s). They will advise and guide the customer as part of IFS Success services, meaning will listen, and dare to challenge them in order to understand their business needs and provide Expert Best Practices to gain the greatest value using IFS software.They also possess a commercial mindset and enjoy the challenge of solving and communicating well throughout practical solutions that ensures business improvement, which ultimately leads towards customers acting as advocates for IFS.A Senior Consultant has sufficient functional and business knowledge on specific products area(s) of IFS’s products. They provide functional resolutions within IFS Success scope of delivery to help customer in their business needs, while ensuring customer satisfaction and solution fit.We are looking for a candidate in our offices in Warsaw, Krakow or Gdansk (mobile working is possible as well).Day-to-day remit will include:

• Provide functional resolutions within IFS Success services scope to support new and existing customer’s overall usage of IFS software
• Understanding the customer’s business, industry and local practices and policies.
• Acting as a trusted advisor in articulating and critically evaluating customer-specific business solutions.
• Be conscious on value delivered through IFS Success
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships
• Identifying and bridging the gap between the customer’s business needs and IFS Products.
• Continually be updated on latest product developments, and their ability to meet industry standards and policies
• Understand the industry characteristics of the customer’s solution
• Identify the root needs of the customer through cross-examination, and provide advices accordingly
• Collaborate as a team in achieving team goals
• Close cooperation with Service Delivery Manager and Customer Success Manager to deliver the best solution to our customers
• Actively engage in IFS Community

QualificationsTo be successful you will likely have:

• An academic background with a university degree in IT, Engineering or Business Administration.
• In depth knowledge of the processes in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Maintenance or Manufacturing or equivalent.
• Experience in delivering ERP or best-of-breed IT system as a consultant, as key user at an end customer or other software supplier
• A profound interest in how systems can support business processes.
• Proven ability to lead and influence teams, colleagues, customers and partners.
• Ability to articulate and critically evaluate customer-specific business needs and solutions in a customer facing role.
• Fluent in English and Polish language, both oral and written.
• Ability to occasionally travel nationally and internationally.

It would be advantageous if you have:

• Knowledge and record of successful IFS product implementations.
• Knowledge and record of successful Cloud-based implementations.
• Industry-specific knowledge from target industries.
