Global Direct Procurement, part of our Operations division, plays a critical role in enabling Novonesis’ growth by driving value creation across our supply chain. We manage raw materials, utilities, contract manufacturing (CMO), and insourced materials, balancing cost, sustainability, and risk in close collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.We operate across key regions worldwide, including Europe, Asia-Pacific, India, North America, and South America, and manage six strategic categories: Agriculture, Chemicals, CMO, Dairy, Process Aids, and Utilities & Renewable Electricity.In this role you’ll make an impact by:Support management and category managers in implementation of synergy optimization.Lead transformational projects with global scope, impacting multiple categories and regions.Participate in developing and implementing global risk models.Coordinate and manage both short-term and long-term global initiatives across regions, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.Coordinating yearly processesFoster strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including operations, sustainability, quality, finance, and legal teams.To succeed you preferably hold:Three or more years of experience in strategic sourcing/procurement, or consulting, ideally with a focus on Direct Procurement.Experience in regulated industries such as Chemicals, Biotech, Food, or Life Sciences is highly preferred.Strong negotiation, contract management, and project management skills.A strategic, innovative mindset with the ability to influence and drive change in complex global environments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Comfortable working in a complex, changing, and global environment.Location: Hørsholm, DKApplication deadline: We will evaluate applications on an ongoing basis, so please submit your application online as soon as possible.Contract details: Elisabeth Villumsen, Senior Manager Direct Sourcing EMA & IN, [email protected]Could our purpose be yours?
