Please visit our website to read more about our business:Discover the RoleThe Senior CDD Officer is responsible for conducting the CDD of global entity clients in the team portfolio for periodic review and trigger event review, in the CDD process within the first line. You will be responsible for the quality and timely delivery of the CDD reviews of client files. As such you will be providing guidance to and sharing knowledge with members of your CDD team.Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct CDD reviews of client files within portfolio
  • Delivers an active contribution to improve the professional knowledge of the team in the field of client due diligence
  • Active involvement with development, improvement and maintenance of procedures, templates, soft and hard copy libraries and other know how resources on the matter;
  • Create a culture of risk awareness and influence the development of a positive CDD culture by seeking continuous improvement and efficiencies;
  • Advises and guides junior members of the CDD team on CDD files and related client risks assessment
  • Conduct reviews of Client Risk Assessments

Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in law (or Economics) or similar solid relevant professional experience;
  • 3 years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on CDD and client risk assessment related activities at a corporate service provider
  • Experience at a Dutch trust company is a preference;
  • Up-to-date knowledge on compliance, know your client issues and applicable regulations (MLA, FATCA, CRS, WTT, WWFT and AIFMD);
  • Good stakeholder management skills;
  • Capability to understand complex legal frameworks and tax structures;
  • Experience with MS Office and database knowledge
  • Excellent English required and any additional language are welcome
