You will have access to the most advanced and well-designed analysis methods, industry experts, technologies, and perspectives in the industry, and work in collaboration with our network of colleagues and centres of expertise worldwide.In Ipsos’ Client Organisation we build and maintain long term, sustainable relationships with our most important clients, both at global and local levels and our vision is to bring the best of Ipsos to our clients and to be the voice of the clients inside Ipsos.Your key responsibilities include:As a Senior Client Officer you will be a crucial influencer responsible for developing and nurturing deep, strategic relationships with key healthcare clients, especially in the diabetics and obesity area. This role focuses on understanding client needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention across all Ipsos markets. You will act as a trusted partner and the primary point of contact for these clients, collaborating closely with internal teams across markets to deliver tailored solutions and achieve mutual business objectives, driving sustainable and profitable growth.This position demands a strong understanding of our clients’ businesses and commercial challenges and opportunities coupled with a proactive and client-centric approach.
- Lead the client relationship across multiple stakeholders internally and externally
- Lead client communication, building strong relationships and providing strategic advisory services
- Constantly scan for competitor intelligence; map, qualify and target opportunities to unseat the competition
- Create account plans, align with other our global healthcare teams to actively use as a roadmap for growth
- Understand client needs and transform this into top class client proposals and projects
- Help Ipsos teams deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on consumer insights, helping clients succeed in their strategy and marketing decisions
- Support internal collaboration and knowledge sharing to assure quality, client management and profitability

- Are reliable, empathetic, inspiring, genuinely curious and an engaging communicator with a strong interest in advisory
- Likely have 10-15+ years’ experience in the healthcare area, including business and commercial acumen competencies such as:
- Long-term client relationship management
- Commercial leadership, including financial and pricing acumen
- Negotiation skills and ability to partner with client procurement teams
- Hunter mentality, relentless in pursuit of growth
- Leadership through influence
- Have strong stakeholder management skills and understanding of client environments, commercial issues, and industry structures
- Ability to work in an international environment, navigate a highly matrixed organisation and lead and collaborate with senior healthcare experts
- Understand Service Line solutions, including new capabilities, to enable opportunity identification
- Whilst not necessarily expected to be a research expert, ideally you would have a demonstrable track record of working in these research and/or strategy disciplines:
- Brand growth, patient journey, innovation, market access, go-to-market strategies, segmentation, social intelligence, etc.
- Are fluent in written and spoken English
