🚨 Senior Compliance & Risk Analyst📍 Edinburgh OR Glasgow | 🕒 Full-time (35 hours, Monday to Friday) | 💼 Permanent RoleAre you ready to make a real impact in a dynamic, fast-paced financial services environment? This is your chance to step into a pivotal Risk & Compliance role where your voice matters, your input drives change, and your development is prioritised.We’re looking for an experienced Senior Compliance and Risk Analyst to join a high-performing team that provides critical oversight across the business. In this role, you’ll be hands-on in monitoring, shaping, and embedding a strong risk and compliance culture – while gaining exposure to senior stakeholders, exciting projects and emerging regulation.You’ll be joining a small, agile team – meaning no silos, no red tape, and plenty of opportunity to get involved in meaningful work from day one.💡 What You’ll Be DoingCompliance & Risk OversightDeliver the Compliance Monitoring Plan and produce clear, actionable reportsConduct risk reviews and control testing in line with the Risk Management FrameworkDraft and update internal policies and proceduresSupport regulatory horizon scanning, interpretation, and implementationProvide regulatory advice and respond to internal compliance queriesSupport with FCA reporting, due diligence, and financial crime monitoringPlay a key role in business change initiatives and ensuring ongoing complianceGovernance & Data ProtectionAssist in preparing committee and board papersSupport data protection responsibilities including subject access requests and DPIAs✅ What We’re Looking ForEssential:Strong background in risk and compliance within financial services (FCA-regulated)Confident interacting with senior stakeholdersExcellent organisational and analytical skillsEnthusiastic, hands-on, and proactive approachComfortable interpreting regulation and turning it into practical actionDesirable:CISI or equivalent compliance qualificationExperience in AML, operational resilience, CASS, or asset servicingWorking knowledge of data protection legislation🌱 Why Join?Get real exposure to business-wide initiatives, senior leadership, and client interactionOngoing training and development to support your career growthOpportunity to make a visible impact in a collaborative, forward-thinking teamBe part of a culture that values innovation, accountability, and continuous improvementIf you’re passionate about driving high standards in risk and compliance, and want a role where your contribution truly counts – we’d love to hear from you.
