Description & RequirementsWho we are looking for

• Professional and practical experience in Project Management
• A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member in an international environment
• Able to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
• Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent presentation skills
• Academic background in Economics, Management or equivalent is an advantage (at least a bachelor’s degree)
• Advanced in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Exceptional English language skills, any additional language will be an asset
• Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP, PMI, Agile) is an additional asset
• Experience in Data & AI related strategy projects is an advantage
• Polish residence, EU passport (travel within Europe may be required)

Your future role

• Strategic Planning and Advisory – Provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance, market positioning, and long-term strategy
• Financial and Performance Analysis – Conduct financial assessments, KPI evaluations, and cost-benefit analyses to drive profitability and efficiency, conduct financial assessments of client businesses to identify areas for improvement
• Process Optimization – Analyze and enhance operational workflows, identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices.
• Change Management – Lead organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
• Project Management- Run project management activities, track project delivery against the plan, ensuring timely delivery and manage project risks
• Represent the company in client meetings, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis – Assess industry trends, conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, teams, and clients, to align business goals.
