Essential Duties and Responsibilities. 

  • Perform first initial impact assessments of any sustaining activity for on-market product, primarily related (but not limited) to SNC’s and End of Life initiatives 
  • Liaise with the SNC team (within PSM) to get inputs and maintain a constant communication and update mechanism with engineering team
  • Liaise with other stakeholders including Product Design Owner, Manufacturing and/or Regulatory, to conclude on initial assessments of such sustaining activity. 
  • Co-ordinate the overall running of such sustaining activities by overseeing the delegation of such work amongst other coordinators whilst mentoring the coordinators to ensure that daily setbacks are resolved and progress can be made.
  • Manage such sustaining projects through Baxter Change Control Management (CCM) process, from initiation through closure.
  • Ensure the oversight of such sustaining activities is reflected in regular dashboard updates.

Qualifications. 

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with systems such as TW, TcU and other Baxter used systems is preferred.

Education and/or Experience. 

  • Have a Diploma level of education. (candidates with a scientific background would be considered an asset). 
  • Have 3 years of work experience in similar positions
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with systems such as TW, TCU and other Baxter used systems is preferred.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and ability to shift gears between projects comfortably.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and flexible. A self-starter is imperative.
  • Good team player, but demonstrates autonomy and leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
