About the Role:

Media.Monks Paris is looking for a Senior Copywriter to join our fast-growing and multi-talented creative department.

We’re looking for a craftsperson. Someone with an eye for that killer line that turns heads and makes you laugh/smile/cry. A creative thinker who can move seamlessly between different clients and tones-of-voice to bring a wide range of stories to life. The Senior Copywriter will develop strong concepts and copy for anything you could possibly throw at an integrated campaign: from taglines and TVC scripts to concepts for experiential installations and digital activations. 

We’re looking for a portfolio that demonstrates unexpected and unforgettable writing across genres from comedy to tragedy in campaigns big and small and activations.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Copywriter at MediaMonks Paris, you’ll wield words on behalf of top-name clients who seek us for big-picture thinking.

Presenting ideas and building client relationships is second nature to you.

You’ll craft copy for a wide range of projects, working with the creative team to verbalise ideas, iron out concepts, and solve creative issues through words.

You can lead the conversation with clients; proactively respond to feedback in person, following up with creative and account teams throughout the project.

About you:

Copywriting experience in advertising and marketing is mandatory.

You’re experienced in developing copy-based concepts.

You combine creative writing with critical thinking; your analytical approach enables you to ask the right questions and waterproof ideas from a conceptual perspective.

A strong portfolio showcasing your work across multiple formats (digital, video, social, etc.) is required.

Experience crafting brand voice, tone, and style guides ensuring consistent language across multiple touchpoints.

An ability to adapt quickly and compromise with others without compromising our voice and integrity.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Ability to clearly communicate concepts through mocks and decks when pitching work to stakeholders and directors.

Ability to present your ideas in English / to work in a global network.
