Salary: €40,000 – €50,000

- Perform credit reviews and assessments for both new and existing customers.
- Recommend appropriate credit limits and determine necessary risk mitigation measures such as credit insurance, bank guarantees, or letters of credit.
- Support the development and monitoring of credit-related reporting and oversee customers placed on credit hold.
- Manage and enhance the reserve’s calculation process.
- Conduct collection reviews and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely cash collections.
- Analyse cash collection performance and contribute to performance reporting.
- Oversee cash application activities, ensuring customer payments are accurately allocated.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to standardise and improve credit and collections processes.
- Assist in maintaining and updating global standard procedures, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Provide support during audits and ensure adherence to internal controls.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-8 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control, and/or OTC within a multinational or SSC environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial statement analysis.
- Familiarity with OTC (Order to Cash) processes and financial risk management instruments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP and advanced Excel skills are a plus.
