About the RoleWe are partnering up with a global pharmaceutical company based in Dublin18/16 to find a Senior Credit & Collects Analyst to join their team. This role involves assessing credit risk, managing customer credit limits, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Salary: €40,000 – €50,000

  • Perform credit reviews and assessments for both new and existing customers.
  • Recommend appropriate credit limits and determine necessary risk mitigation measures such as credit insurance, bank guarantees, or letters of credit.
  • Support the development and monitoring of credit-related reporting and oversee customers placed on credit hold.
  • Manage and enhance the reserve’s calculation process.
  • Conduct collection reviews and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely cash collections.
  • Analyse cash collection performance and contribute to performance reporting.
  • Oversee cash application activities, ensuring customer payments are accurately allocated.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to standardise and improve credit and collections processes.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating global standard procedures, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Provide support during audits and ensure adherence to internal controls.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control, and/or OTC within a multinational or SSC environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial statement analysis.
  • Familiarity with OTC (Order to Cash) processes and financial risk management instruments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP and advanced Excel skills are a plus.
