Job description

• You are responsible for managing complex tasks, both internally and externally by defining concrete actions and identifying appropriate Means of Compliance
• Integrating complex airframe structural elements, coordinating required activities, skills and capacities in alignment with defined deliverables will be a key part of your role
• You actively contribute as a team member within an airframe work package to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of structural solutions
• Ensuring structural integrity by optimizing weight and performance while continuously identifying opportunities for weight savings and cost efficient design will be part of your daily tasks
• You define and manage the implementation of digitalization and automation initiatives in airframe design and analysis processes, including validation procedures and progress tracking aligned with program standards

• You have a degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science (Master or PhD) and more than 10 years of experience in airframe design and aircraft development
• You are an expert in structural design with strong knowledge of, design criteria, materials and engineering methods certification requirements
• You have hands-on experience in new aircraft development and have contributed to several full product development cycle
• You are proficient in CATIA V5, 3DEXPERIENCE (PLM) and MS Office and you thrive in dynamic environments with multiple priorities
• You demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills in English, good German skills and confidently manage complex internal and external tasks
