The Brand & Design team includes Insights, Industrial Design, Color, Material & Finish (CMF), User Interface, Graphic Design (Product and Corporate Identity), Packaging Design and external designer suppliers. The team is diverse in gender, age, competencies, nationalities and is located in the UK, Denmark, the USA, and China.What you’ll doAs Design Project Manager you will support all design project management needs for a multidisciplinary, international Brand & Design team. You will be responsible for coordinating project planning, aligning resources, and ensuring efficient collaboration between internal (R&D, Production and Marketing) and external stakeholders.Your responsibilities include:
- Create and maintain excel files for project alignment, tracking project teams, timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Keep the Brand & Design team members informed on project changes impacting their work.
- Maintain the Big Gantt overview of all Brand & Design (B&D) involved projects in Jira.
- Facilitate understanding between projects and the B&D team to ensure timely and successful task delivery.
- Collaborate with external partners and ensure they meet the deadlines that we have set for them.
- Organize and lead bi-weekly meetings with New Solution Development (NSD) leaders to track project updates and changes.
- Identify bottlenecks, resource challenges and drive collaboration.
- Assist the Head of B&D in overall project resource planning.
- Communicate weekly project progress updates, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
LocationThis role can be located in either one of the following locations: Budapest, Hadsund or Copenhagen.We value the experience you bringTo succeed in the position, we imagine that you have great experience with project management within a design environment. We imagine that you have experience or knowledge with Jira, Confluence or other similar systems as you will be using these daily.
