The RAD team works within a scrum framework, which you will be expected to become an active member of. We offer:

This role will give you an opportunity to make a difference in some of Oxfam’s key public facing platforms as well as making a difference to how our platforms work together, and to work with a group of passionate people that are specialists in their fields. The role offers great potential for skills development, competitive pay and benefits package. We believe flexible working is key to building the Oxfam of the future, so we’re open to talking through the type of flexible arrangements which might work for you. We think this role would work particularly well as hybrid or homeworking.
