Your Role:
Develop Process Integration Strategies: Create new integration schemes for emerging semiconductor devices.
Optimize Process Steps & Modules: Work with industry partners to enhance process efficiency and performance.
Analyze & Improve Existing Technologies: Characterize and refine current CMOS process modules for better yield and manufacturability.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Conduct benchmarking studies on state-of-the-art developments in semiconductor processing.
Innovate with New Materials: Integrate Si, Ge, and 2D materials into next-gen device architectures.

What You Bring:
PhD (preferred) or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
3-5+ years of hands-on experience in CMOS lab/fab process engineering.
Deep knowledge of CMOS fabrication: Experience in CVD, photolithography, dry/wet etch, metallization, metrology, CMP, and wafer bonding.
Strong understanding of device physics and advanced material interactions.
Hands-on expertise in process integration and module development in a cleanroom environment.
