The company continuously develops its four sites in Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs and Szeged and is looking for skilled IT professionals to join its team.Job DescriptionThis position is filled in the IoT Digital team of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary. The team consists of IT professionals working on IoT, hyperautomation and data intelligence solution implementation projects.ProjectYour future project will be in the finance industry. Together with our partners, we are developing a IoT solution which automates corporate financial processes, connects physical and financial supplychain processes for our customers. We smartly combine the advantages of blockhain, distributed ledger technology, smart contracts and IoT sensors. Our product executes automated financial transactions (e.g. automated payments) based on IoT sensor triggers, to efficiently connect physical and financial value chains. Together with the T-Systems International team members, you will join an international team developing and maintaining the service.Main tasksAs a DevOps engineer:

• You are an innovative problem-solver driving automation and efficiency by developing cutting-edge CI/CD pipelines and streamlining systematic processes.
• You take responsibility for maintaining core gateways and ensuring the security and integrity of software assets.
• You are curious to try out new technologies to constantly improve and expand our wide range of know-how.
• You will be part of our cross-functional, international agile team that will take full responsibility for the services that you own (we maintain a strong DevOps culture).

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in the following areas: Computer science, Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent work experience in IT
• 5+ years of DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering experience
• Strong communication skills and excellent written and verbal communication competences in English language.
• Eagerness to continually learn, grow and improve in a collaborative team environment
• Knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and experience in working in agile teams
• Deep experience with public cloud platforms, like Azure, AWS, GCP or Open Telekom Cloud.
• Advanced experiences in modern and cloud-native tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, and Gitlab to streamline CI/CD processes.
• Familiar with IaC or GitOps approach and have knowledge in most of the following tools: Allert manager, KeyCloak, Prometheus/Grafana, Elasticsearch/Opensearch, Helm,Gitlab pipelines, Docker
• Basic software development skills with java and shell scripting knowledge.
• Collaboration with Jira and Confluence

Advantage:

• German language knowledge
• Experience with the following technologies: Python, Quarkus, Web Sockets, Kafka, Sbject storage S3
