The IAM (Identity & Access Management) team at Rabobank manages all identities and access permissions to our global network. Rabobank uses state-of-the-art IAM systems to manage identities and permissions. Our ambition is to further grow into a platform providing IAM services that are secure by design, seamless, and plug-and-play for end users, and most of all: Digital Only!The team consists of around 8 DevOps engineers. Together, we take responsibility for the full lifecycle of the Cloud identity provider, from idea, implementation, and up to operational management. Here, our main focus is Entra ID as a future-proof technology.You quickly pick up on new technologies and have a proactive attitude towards automation, testing, and security. You have experience working in Agile teams (Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework). You are a DevOps Engineer with a strong affinity for the technical aspects of this job, but you also have the communication skills to guide and motivate others. Continuous improvement is second nature to you, and you are open to critically evaluating current methods and tools. You are a go-getter who takes ownership and stands for high-quality products and everything that goes with them. This makes you a versatile and valuable member of the team.Top 3 ResponsibilitiesFull lifecycle management and operational activities of Entra ID, ADFS, and conditional access policies.Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline DevOps processes.Ensure that our applications adhere to security policies and regulations.Together We Achieve More Than Each of Us Individually
