Job DescriptionDue to continued growth and expansion, we are exclusively recruiting for a prestigious Senior Engineer role to join our client’s dynamic consultancy and transportation asset management engineering team. This role will be a key member of the team, having the opportunity to manage and deliver key pavement consultancy and asset management projects for their key clients.Successful candidates will be joining a recognised leader in the delivery of pavement consultancy services to the roads and transportation industry.Key Benefits:

Our clientWith offices in Athenry and Dublin, our client, a progressive civil engineering consultancy firm specialising in the testing, evaluation and management of roads, airports and ports. They carry out work for a wide range of clients in Ireland and abroad including Transport Infrastructure Ireland, National Transport Authority, Department of Transport, Road Management Office, Department of the Environment, Office of Public Works, Dublin Airport Authority, local authorities, airport authorities, consultants, material suppliers and contractors, and have also worked in the US, UK, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Caribbean.Our client is a member of Geoscience Ireland and a CPD Accredited Employer with Engineers Ireland. They have an extensive range of high-tech data collection equipment and provide innovative, technological and high quality pavement evaluation, network management, data management, pavement asset management, GIS and consultancy services to our clients.Key Responsibilities· Manage and coordinate a range of consultancy and research projects for our client’s key public sector clients.· Overseeing multiple project resources, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, whilst ensuring smooth project delivery.· Engaging and collaborating with selected external stakeholders as part of client relationship management.· Attending and contributing to project progress meetings.· Overseeing and managing multiple project resources to ensure timely completion.· Coordinating with existing team leaders and staff to produce comprehensive technical reports.Knowledge Skills & Experience· Applicants are invited from qualified engineering disciplines with a Minimum of a Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.· Ideally be a Chartered Engineer or an Chartered Engineer track with Engineers Ireland or be professionally registered at an equivalent level with an equivalent organisation· A minimum of 5 years’ experience in consultancy, research or academic areas.· Excellent IT skills and proficiency in MS Office suite of applications.· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.· High standard of English, both written and oral.· Experience in report writing for external clients· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects.· Proven ability to deliver projects and to build client relationships.· Candidate should be ambitious, dynamic and well-motivated.For more information or to apply directly email [email protected]SONCATBTags:
