What you’ll do:

The primary role of a Senior Facility Specialist is to oversee the management of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, secure, and well-maintained. In particular you will:

-Liaise with vendors and contractors, obtaining and comparing quotes before initiating jobs.
-Align with internal and external business partners and stakeholders.
-Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to determine the need for repairs or replacements.
-Evaluate different vendors and service providers to ensure facilities-related services are of appropriate quality and cost-effective.
-Ensure all operations are conducted in a compliant manner, meeting all health and safety guidelines.
-Manage, oversee, and coordinate relocation, installations, and refurbishments activities.  Act as local PM during construction, utilization, maintenance, reconstruction, redevelopment and demolition of buildings and other properties.
-Maintains RE-FX data.
-Ensure alignment with ESG & GRF requirements.
-Ensure workplace is suitable to achieve positive customer experience.
-Effectively communicate workplace updates as needed.
-Ensure proper management and proper monitoring expenditure and provide forecast estimation.
 

What you bring:

-At least 3 to 5 years’ experience as Facility Coordinator/Manager or similar operational role.
-In-depth understanding of facility management, project management, change management and related processes.
-Degree in Facility Management, engineering, business management or relevant field preferred.
-Relevant professional qualifications such as Facility Management Professional or Certified Facility Manager (FMP or CFM) preferred.
-Familiarity with health, environmental and fire, life safety regulations.
-Proficiency in MS Office suite applications and facility management software

Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English
