Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.ResponsibilitiesResponsibility for delivering effective financial control processes with specific focus on the management of changeConfiguration and set up of financial and client reporting systemsDefining and implementing financial processes to deliver an effective change management solutionUnderstanding and interpreting client contract financial process commitments, including KPI reportingSetting up high quality financial reporting to the JLL Account Team and the client (glide path performance reporting, budget variance reporting etc.).Supporting the commercial management and analysis of the Account (planning & forecasting; savings tracking; etc.)Development of new tools and processes to standardise and improve service deliveryWork as a proactive team member of Client Finance teams alongside SME’s in Sourcing, HR, Technology and Service DeliveryEngage and build relationships with finance professionals in JLL Clients in support of finance processes on transitionsTrain and support Client Delivery teams in financial processesAbility to quickly analyse process and performance trends and issues; and propose corrective solutions.Ensure compliance to relevant policies and procedures – make recommendations to ensure procedures are maintained, up to date and reflect ongoing project delivery needsAssist wider client team in developing and enhancing the client delivery platform.Requirements2-3 years’ experience in a similar position (working with international teams and clients).University degree in Accounting/Finance/EconomicsConfident and articulate with an eye for detailMotivated, positive and flexible in approach to work and able to develop others in such an approach.Proactive in identifying issues and potential solutions.Self – supporting; diligent; can deliver to tight deadlines.Ability to learn quickly, and desire to develop.Ability to work collaboratively and through challenges with the client; other members of the account and corporate teams.Customer Service: Commitment to solve requests and problems.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent Excel modelling skills, proficient in other Office toolsExperience of major ERP systems (Peoplesoft, SAP, JDEdwards) desirableLocation:On-site –Warsaw, POLIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
