We specialize in producing high-quality compounds and materials for various industries, our main products are low-density pellets and fiberglass compounds.We put strong emphasis on reducing environmental impact and promoting green practices.Due to our rapid growth, we are currently looking for a SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST to join our team in Alhama, Murcia.PLEASE, NOTE: THE JOB REQUIRES LIVING OR RELOCATING TO MURCIA(Please, attach CV in English to your application!)Purpose of Job:Works with the Company Controller to ensure that all financial processes run smoothly and provide proper information in a timely, accurate and efficient manner to all Group´s stakeholders. Responsible for overseeing the bookkeeping, ensures the backup documentation and participating actively in the month end closings. This role requires strong knowledge of financial, accounting flows, and also the understanding of the legal and economic logic underneath for the transactions. A high level of commitment, interpersonal skills and ethics is basic to succeed.Key Activities:
- Supporting the month end closing process by analyzing the different transactions and the impact in the financial statements and performance of the company.
- Participation in local and international projects, either within the financial function or across other functions.
- Providing reconciliation between the Accounting and the subledgers, and proper storage of the supporting documentation.
- Take full responsibility and ownership of outcomes and resolve issues independently. This is a support level expert role, which requires a hands-on mentality and pro-active attitude.
- To assist the local team in terms of internal and external compliance for the finance processes and all the other processes impacting finance, assessing the economic and legal terms and consequences.
- Updating and monitoring accounting policy and procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department and provide internal control.
- Supporting the preparation of schedules for external financial audit and examination processes, including assisting with the preparation of audited financial statements, footnotes, and supplemental information.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- High level knowledge of all accounting functions and related internal controls, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and inventory.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Eager to learn.
- Committed to work under pressure and strict deadlines.
- Team player at all levels of the organization.
- Business English Proficiency.
- Other languages are welcome.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience working in Finance Depts. with international exposure.
- Public Accounting Experience is a plus.
- Availability to travel, if needed.
- A car or any other valid transport is required to arrive to the workplace.
- Strong systems knowledge is key, Excel, SAP, BPC, BI, Blackline.
