Senior Finance Analyst- R&D – Resource UtilisationJoin our GSK Finance Hub – Europe!As a Senior Finance Analyst – R&D, you will support costing processes and systems/tools for GSK’s Global R&D organization (£5bn and an organization of over 10,000). You will be responsible for the integrity of the Complete Project Costing process along with the oversight and submissions to support Intellectual Property tax submissions, Tax Credit and Benefit opportunities, Government & Industry survey requests, FTE Rate Tables and periodic and ad-hoc analytical requests/reporting associated with FTE project consumption as well as spend across project phases. You will work across a dynamic Finance team and with stakeholders across R&D and R&D Operations in providing outputs and optionality. You will also be required to support a changing reporting and data landscape by working through process improvement initiatives.In this role you will…Be responsible for the integrity of the Complete Project Costing process maps and execution of the process on a quarterly basis.
