It is a dynamic environment where your ideas and input will be valued and where you will do some of the best work of your life.Global Financial Systems Support is in charge of financial systems maintenance and enhancement to drive efficiencies and assist in system/process changes for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Ownership of Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR) Oracle moduleCollaborate with and support Account Payable/Account Receivable team with their daily needs and requestsSupport month end close activities from system perspectiveCollaborate with IT teams to fix system issuesControl the issues/IT tickets in particular financial stream and actively support their resolution
Act as coordinator for system issues and or projects related to particular financial stream and actively support communication between the business and IT to ensure quick resolutionSupport development, planning and execution of system enhancementsCollaborate with Global Process Owners and Finance system Track Leads to implement process change for all finance activities as related to systemWork with all levels of finance and internal/external partnersActively representing GFSS as a Track Lead on the Project related meetingsUnderstand current and future process flowsUnderstand Business needs and system capabilitiesDocument Customer requirementsAssist IT as needed during the build phaseDeveloping end executing the testing scenarios/scriptsOracle System configuration as neededImplements mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and reorganization activities in Oracle R12/Oracle CloudAssist Finance Team to define and implement process or system changes to optimize system operationAssist on complex ad-hoc assignmentsBasic RequirementsRequirements:3+ years relevant work experience with ERP systems (preferred Oracle)Oracle Finance module knowledge (Accounting, Fixed Asset, Account Payable, Account Receivable preferred)Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance or IT or similarSQL basicsExcellent English skillsGeneral understanding of Finance/Accounting basicsCritical attention to detail and accuracyProblem solving attitudeSelf-motivatedAnalytical and logical thinkingAbility to work in intense, fast paced and multinational work environmentCustomer oriented and have an excellent team spiritExcellent communication skillsTime managementProactiveFlexibilityIn return for your expertise, we’ll support you in this new challenge with coaching & development every step of the way.
