Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.Your New Role…As Senior FP&A BI Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the process of turning data into actionable information by developing it in Business Intelligence tools with visualizations that best correspond to the given subject of the report.Your Role Accountabilities…Engage with finance teams and business partners to identify business requirements and objectives, to develop and update the FP&A business intelligence applicationProposing and developing innovative and appealing static and interactive data visualizations that best correspond to the given subject of the reportDevelop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, analytics and other BI solutionsAutomate reporting processes, development of interfaces between systems/databasesLead the new reporting/visualization projects independentlyAdminister and maintain FP&A reporting/analytics applications as part of business as usual (ie. self-service dashboards)Acting as a key point of contact for all data visualization and reporting issuesEnsure data quality in the systems based on the developed data governance standardsResponsible for identifying and communicating design and scope issues to the stakeholdersParticipate in international projects/ tasks in the field of reportingCreate other technical deliverable artefacts needed for project implementationDevelop and deliver knowledge transfer to the business usersQualifications & Experience…Need to be passionate about the business, a self-starter / proactive individual with a ‘can do’ attitudeMaster’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Maths/ Statistics3-5 years of relevant experienceExperience with Business Intelligence tools (i.e. Power BI) as a creator of reportsExperience with Enterprise Performance Management systems (i.e. SAP Analytics Cloud, Oracle Hyperion Planning)Knowledge and application of best practice data visualisation principlesExperience working with relational databasesWorking knowledge of database languages: SQL, MDXPractical knowledge of programming languages: VBA and/or DAXGeneral working knowledge of finance and accounting concepts (preferably in FP&A departments)Strong analytical and system management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into functional requirementsVery good EnglishStrong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and time-management skillsWhat’s in it for you…Contract of employmentHybrid work model, flexible working hoursFree access to MaxBenefit package: private medical health care, life insurance, MyBenefit cafeteria including sport card, social funds, retirement pension plans, recognition platform, employee referral programWork-life balance initiatives: wellbeing platform, yoga, massages, educational webinars, Employee Assistance Program, internal media initiativestraining & development: sharing the cost of English lessons, Employee Resource Groups, Bridge learning platform, sharing sessions with experts, periodic movie shows in the office cinema roomCSR activities: volunteering, eco & social initiativesCasual dress codeParking space available for booking#LI-HybridHybrid Working – This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
