In the Global Atopic Dermatitis Brand Team, we share a “challenge accepted” mindset and are guided by our winning behaviors of simplification, collaboration, and accountability, to achieve our goals.Your roleAs a Senior Global Digital Customer Engagement Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to work with a highly meaningful and impactful product which can make a life changing impact for patients severely affected by AD. This role offers a diverse array of tasks, allowing you to see and influence the mechanics of a global role within a well-established and highly collaborative team. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who is action oriented and has a passion for digital marketing and customer engagement, who will excel in a fast-paced, global environment.As a Senior Global Digital Customer Engagement Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and execute digital marketing campaigns across diverse international markets and various channels
• Designing and launching Customer Engagement journeys
• Leading Digital Transformation Initiatives and Defining Strategic Change Management Directions
• Coordinating Cross-Functional Projects with Global Stakeholders, Local Market Teams and External Partners to Ensure Strategic Alignment
• Serving as a vital liaison between technology and brand teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration

Your qualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will have the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or other regulated industry including Healthcare, Life Science or Medical Technology
• Academic degree in Science, Business or IT
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and IT platforms (CRM, CMS like Veeva PromoMats, Veeva CRM, Sitecore, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
• Experience in building customer engagement journeys and executing tactics
• Previous experience working within a matrix organization
• Excellent communication skills and good time management abilities
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is crucial
• A proven ability to manage several ongoing projects with the necessary prioritization and within agreed deadlines
