As an Integrated Solution IT/DATA Global Product Solution Manager (Upstream), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our diagnostic solutions. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that drives innovation, collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensures the success of our upstream product portfolio.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear vision for the upstream product line, aligning it with the overall company strategy; Define product roadmaps, feature enhancements, and long-term goals.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends; dentify opportunities for product differentiation and growth.
  • Product Development: Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, and design teams to translate market insights into product requirements; Drive the development and launch of new upstream diagnostic solutions.
  • Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life; Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, regulatory affairs, and clinical teams to ensure successful product launches.

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, engineering, business).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the diagnostics or healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Fluent English
  • IT/Analytics experiences
