The number and diversity of our projects and magnitude of the investments is unique within the whole CEE region.
Currently we are looking for aSenior Group Strategy and M&A AnalystIn this role your key challenge will be to develop financial evaluations for M&A opportunities and strategic investment projects, to support the decision making process and external negotiations, to provide strategic analysis and to oversee the work of junior colleagues.You are an ideal candidate if:You have University degree in finance or economics with financial background
You have specialisation in Corporate Finance or Investment Analysis
You have 4-8 years of relevant work experience with solid financial modelling skills and you are able to build complex business caseTo be successful in the role, you will require the following:Be able to synthetize information received from multiple sources
Prepare coherent and consistent evaluations
Fluent in English
