As a member of the Human Resources team you’ll be a part of our mission to develop people strategies and programs that support the achievement of Openbank’s business objectives.This position will be based in Valencia. The primary function of the Human Resources Business Partner will be to translate the strategic and tactical business plans into HR/people-oriented calculated and operational plans and be able to enable the business to meet its overall objectives. They provide consultation and problem solving on organizational design and development, change management, recruitment and selection, performance management, employee/managerial development, succession planning, employee relations, training, and policy/procedure interpretations. The incumbent helps ensure alignment between business unit, division and corporate practices.You will lead the employer branding locally, employee experience and culture in the Hubs and will be the sponsor in the HR team for remote population.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAct as a subject matter expert to line management, providing leadership, guidance and counsel and delivering HR solutions to meet business objectives and initiatives.Serve as primary HR business partner to managers and team members in assigned line of business Leverages and engages HR COEs to deliver business solutions to lines of business.Partners with line managers to attain optimal organizational design by effectively managing staffing models and performance management through performance improvement and corrective action processes.Accountability for delivering the annual people calendar activities such as performance management, talent development, merit and bonus campaigns, annual engagement survey and to set up follow up actions (Engagement action plans, Promotions, retention plans, among others).Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights and make informed recommendations.Provide execution support to other Group HR teams (Talent, L&D, Compensation & Benefits,…) on cross-functional projects.Experience and qualificationsBachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial/Labor Relations or related field,or equivalent work experience preferred.5-10 years of experience in Human Resources strategic consulting as a HRBP.Experience supporting Tech organizations. Experience in a Start Up business will be a strong asset.Ability to effectively communicate and interact with managers at multiple levels.Demonstrated experience in working with business lines and other Human Resources disciplines to deliver customized solutions.Excellent project management skills with the ability to complete goals efficiently and in a timely manner.Strong overall business acumen with an ability to understand the direction and goals of the business and provide the human resources support necessary in order for the business unit to achieve their respective goals.Strong technology and computer skills.
