  • Oversee and maintain the HR system, with a strong focus on Workday functionality and optimisation.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support employee life-cycle processes, including on-boarding, off-boarding, and data management.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to implement system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Provide guidance on HR operational matters to managers and employees.
  • Analyse HR data to generate reports and insights for decision-making.
  • Partner with external vendors to manage HR-related services.
  • Handle queries related to HR systems and processes promptly and effectively.
  • Supper 2 HR Operations Administrators in a coaching capacity.
