Description & RequirementsWho we are looking for
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Experience in Organizational Change Management – especially in HR Organization design and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
- Understanding of M&A processes and practice experience in at least 2 from the following areas: HR Strategy, HR Due Diligence and M&A, HR Organization Maturity Assessment, Employee Experience, HR Organization and Service Delivery Model design, HR Shared Services Centre transformation, End-to-end HR processes design and transformation, HR Technology assessment and implementation, HR Project Management
- Be employee-experience oriented
- Consulting experience and/or experience in global HR, Human Capital projects
- Maturity to work with senior executives, clients and stakeholders
- Agile and creative mindset when problem solving and troubleshooting
- Experience in core HCM systems and enabling technologies (Workday / SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM / ServiceNow) deployment
Your future role
- Support our clients in defining their HR strategy and according values
- Analyse and revise current HR processes to more efficient ways of working
- Support global and local HR due diligence and M&A projects
- Assess maturity of the client’s HR function
- Contribute to the design of a delivery model for client’s HR services
- Advise on the design and implementation of global HR transformation programs
- Help our clients select the best HR information system that suits their needs
- Implement requirements into an HR IT-system
